Features
Air treatment unit with electrical preheating for active humidification of room air in flats and common areas, patented and tested system, suitable for installation or retrofitting in ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The compact HygroBox works according to the natural evaporation principle and ensures constant room air humidity. The setting range is from 40 % to 60 % relative humidity. The integrated electronic control and regulation unit continuously monitors the humidification process with regard to function and operational safety and visualises the operating states. The individual user settings are made on the TFT touch panel directly on the unit or via the building management system (Modbus).The heating of the air to apply the evaporation energy is carried out via an integrated electric heating coil. The humidifier tray, in which the rotary blade evaporator is immersed, is supplied via the drinking water network. The fill level is regulated automatically. The formation of germs and bacteria in the unit is effectively prevented by continuous and automatically monitored UV-C disinfection and by timed water replacement. To protect the unit effectively against calcification, a reverse osmosis unit is integrated in the water supply line. The rotary evaporator is made of aluminium, the humidifier tray of stainless steel (1.4571), and the compact casing of galvanised sheet steel, powder-coated in white on the outside.Additional data and accessories
