Features
Compact ventilation unit with heat recovery for floor-mounted installation indoors or outdoor installation, including control system, fully wired. Universal installation with outdoor air connection on the left or right. Housing: Consisting of robust and stable aluminium frame profiles, thermally optimised to minimise thermal bridges. Double-walled panels made of aluzinc sheet metal, insulated on all sides with 50 mm mineral wool for optimum heat and sound insulation, coated on the outside with corrosion-resistant (class C4) paint (RAL 7047), galvanised on the inside. Housing classes according to DIN EN 1886: T2/TB2/D2, generous inspection openings on both sides of the unit for easy access to all components and optimum cleaning and maintenance options. The unit is delivered in segments for easy transport/installation at the installation site. The coated rotary heat exchanger (adsorption rotor) is manufactured according to the latest production standards and guarantees the highest quality, high thermal efficiency and high moisture recovery rates of up to 90%. Optimum hygiene is ensured by a sophisticated sealing system and a flushing chamber included in the scope of delivery. An innovative drive belt ‘Power Belt’ also guarantees high wear resistance, a long service life and easy replacement. Fans: 2 direct-drive EC motors, class IE4 with very low SFP values, dynamically balanced and vibration-damped in the unit. Infinitely variable control via 0-10V signal. Plug connections on all electrical components to simplify maintenance work. Filters: Two large-area, pressure loss-optimised cassette filters are installed as standard (outside air ePM155% (F7) and exhaust air ePM10 50% (M5)). Use of filter class ePM1 80% (F9) in the outside air and ePM1 55% (F7) in the exhaust air is optionally possible. In addition, a pre-filter of class ePM 10 50% (M5) can be used in the outside air directly in the unit. Filter monitoring is carried out by means of dynamic, volume flow-dependent pressure monitoring. Control: The ventilation unit is delivered ready for operation with a versatile control system. The control system is easy to maintain, located in a connection box on the side of the unit, factory-wired and function-tested. There are two control elements (ECO and Touch) available (required accessories). Control functions: Constant volume ventilation modes CAV, constant pressure VAV (accessories required), constant speed CRPM in % or via weekly programme. Automatic ventilation mode/ventilation on demand (VOD) using humidity, CO2 or VOC sensors. Up to 18 sensors can be connected per ventilation unit. Free cooling, active cooling via cooling coil (cold water or DX). Temperature control, e.g. constant supply air, supply air controlled by outside temperature, room supply air cascade, etc. possible. Digital inputs for fire alarm and external switch (on/off). Digital output for collective fault signal. External fan control via two analogue 0-10V inputs (supply air and exhaust air fans separately). Connection to the building management system via BACnet IP or Modbus TCP possible. Commissioning wizard for quick and easy commissioning of the unit and the appropriate accessories. Optional accessories: external electric preheating coil for frost protection of the heat exchanger at very low outside air temperatures. An external electric or hot water reheating coil is available as an option for increased comfort temperature requirements.Additional data and accessories
