Features

Compact ventilation unit with heat recovery for floor-standing internal installation, including control system, fully wired. Universal installation possible with outdoor air connection on the left or right. Continuous operation at low outdoor air temperatures is possible via a modulating bypass in conjunction with a supplementary heating coil, electric preheating or imbalance control. For increased comfort temperature requirements, an electric or hot-water supplementary heating coil can be optionally installed in the unit housing. Casing: Panel construction made of aluzinc sheet metal, thermally optimised to minimise thermal bridges. Double-skinned panels made of aluzinc sheet metal, insulated on all sides with 50 mm mineral wool for optimum thermal and sound insulation, coated on the outside with a corrosion-resistant finish (Class C4) (RAL 7047), galvanised on the inside. Housing classes in accordance with DIN EN 1886: T3/TB2/D1. Generous access panels on both sides of the unit for easy access to all components and optimal cleaning and maintenance. Condensate connection option at the bottom of the unit: 1 x exhaust air side, 1 x supply air side, DN 32 mm. Stainless steel condensate tray with integrated slope. Eurovent-certified cross-counterflow aluminium plate heat exchanger with a high thermal efficiency of up to 90% in accordance with EN 308. The heat exchanger features high internal tightness and is therefore particularly suitable for applications where there is a risk of odour transfer. The heat exchanger module is equipped as standard with an automatic bypass damper mechanism with full coverage of the heat exchanger for free cooling (night cooling) and cooling recovery in summer. Fans: 2 direct-drive EC motors, class IE4 with very low SFP values, dynamically balanced and mounted in the unit with vibration damping. Continuously variable control via 0-10V signal. Plug connections on all electrical components to simplify maintenance work. Filters: Two large-area, pressure-loss-optimised cassette filters are fitted as standard (supply air ePM155% (F7) and exhaust air ePM10 50% (M5)). Filters up to class ePM1 80% (F9) for supply air and ePM1 55% (F7) for exhaust air are available as an option. In addition, a pre-filter of class ePM 10 50% (M5) for the supply air can be fitted directly inside the unit. Filter monitoring is carried out by means of dynamic, flow-dependent pressure monitoring. Control: The ventilation unit is supplied ready for operation with a versatile control system. The control system is installed in a connection box at the top of the unit for easy maintenance, factory-wired and functionally tested. A choice of 2 control panels (ECO and Touch) is available (required accessories). Control functions: Ventilation modes: Constant volume (CAV), constant pressure (VAV) (accessories required), constant speed (CRPM) in % or via weekly programme. Automatic ventilation operation/Ventilation-On-Demand (VOD) via humidity, CO₂ or VOC sensors. Up to 18 sensors can be connected per ventilation unit. Free cooling, active cooling via cooling coils (chilled water or change-over). Temperature control, e.g. constant supply air, outdoor temperature-controlled supply air, room-supply-air cascade, etc. possible. Digital inputs for fire alarm and external switch (On/Off). Digital output for collective fault signal. External fan control via two analogue 0–10 V inputs (supply and extract air fans separately). Connection to the BMS via BACnet IP or Modbus TCP possible. Commissioning wizard for quick and easy commissioning of the unit and the appropriate accessories.
