We are equipping our KWL 170 W, KWL 250 W, KWL 360 W and KWL 470 W central ventilation units with Constant Flow technology – including versions with enthalpy heat exchangers. Whether constant airflow or constant speed control is required, the new KWL … W CF units combine both control modes in a single unit, without the need for additional accessories.

Constant airflow rates, even under changing pressure conditions
The control mode can be selected directly in the enhanced commissioning wizard. In constant airflow mode, the newly integrated sensors automatically measure and control the airflow rate. This ensures that the designed airflow rates are reliably maintained even when pressure conditions in the duct system change. The fan load can be viewed via Helios easyControls 3.0, allowing blockages in the duct system to be detected during commissioning.

Faster commissioning with the enhanced wizard
The enhanced commissioning wizard is available for all KWL units with Helios easyControls 3.0, regardless of whether they feature Constant Flow technology. It guides users through the process step by step and explains each stage in plain language. In constant airflow mode, the manual measurements otherwise required are eliminated entirely. Once commissioning is complete, the wizard provides a clear summary of all parameters and generates a PDF for documentation purposes. Commissioning parameters can now also be exported for data backup or transferred to other units. This allows similarly designed systems to be configured more quickly and with less effort.
